> 24 hourI received this quickly and they look nice and are what I wanted. However, I have not used then yet and I havent compared prices on seed seeds so I cannot judge the price. I recently went to a gem fair and thought this would be easy to find but I didnt find something like this there.

> 24 hourI guess the people who reviewed this bead didn’t wait to see how the bead wears. I don’t know why Miyuki still makes the NON Duracoat Galvanized beads. I am still learning which beads wear well and which don’t. I make jewelry and it is a MUST to learn which beads are and which are not durable so youre not wasting money and time. I was only half way done making a woven necklace with these beads and the finish is already rubbed off. These beads have rubbed off to clear glass. Even though Miyuki is a top bead company not all Miyuki beads wear well. They mention this right on their own website with a chart of all their beads with notes on which durable and which are not. I wish I looked at that chart before I purchased their Galvanized gold beads. Now they are all going in the garbage except the Duracoat types. What I learned... You really have to research and study each bead type and manufacture. A lot of beads with outside coatings and dyes immediately fail for jewelry making but there are also a lot that work well and last forever for jewelry. The beads with the color built into the glass, frost, opaque, many mattes, real gem stones, crystals and special coatings like Miyuki Duracoat and I think Toho beads version is called PermaCoat (Permanent coat) which is a higher quality for wear in the Galvanized series. So there are 2 versions of Galvanized beads by Miyuki the 1st is just Galvanized which the coating comes right off and is horrible, the 2nd version is called Duracoat Galvanized. The beads in this listing ARE NOT Duracoat but just plain galvanized as it states. What a waste of time making my necklace for 4 days only to find out I have to make it all over with better durability beads. Please don’t make this mistake, time is precious. I am upset about this and don’t understand why Miyuki has not discontinued the NON Duracoat versions. I guess Bead Stores are still trying to get rid of old stock of non Duracoat Galvanized beads. If I had only knew I would of never purchased this type. Don’t buy it unless you see DURACOAT in the title and Miyuki states even the Duracoat is not guaranteed to last, it all depends on skin type (acid/oils) and how the beads are taken care of on if it will last or not. so I don’t know if the Duracoat will last either. I am still not sure which is the strongest durability in Gold seedbeads but this one is not it. UGH! how depressing that I have to make this necklace over again and it was coming out gorgeous. It’s not much fun if the beads won’t last. Please learn from my mistakes, I hope this helps

> 24 hourI’m constantly using some gold beads in my beadwork so I love having the Miyuki beads on hand. They just add beauty to each of my beadwork pieces. I go to this galvanized Gold color a lot
