Zipper came broken but everything esle was good

I have been heavily anticipating the arrival of the case ever since the Switch launch, I canceled it once because I thought I could waltz right into a store and find it on shelves release day rather than wait till the end of March. Boy was I wrong. I went everywhere searching for this case (the Sheikah Eye edition) and I could not for the life of me, find it. So I got back online and preordered it again just to see that I would get it later than I originally ordered it. I actually received it wayy earlier than I expected, and it was worth the wait. The exterior has this leathery feel to it that is very pleasant it makes me want to touch it all day, and the color and design etched into the case is wayyy cooler than I thought it was going to be. Some pictures led me to believe that it would be hard to see the etched design. But its clear as day. The case itself is rigid and hard leaving me to believe that if I dropped the case my Switch would remain intact. The blue magnificently contrasts the black and gray. The inside material is soft yet protective, especially the flap covering the screen. I thought it would have been more spacious but the flap take a bunch of space in the middle of the case. And I dont plan on resting my charger on top of my joycons. The cartridge cases are also really nice and I like how they have their own stowage slot that makes it flush with the rest of the case. Neat-o. Im sorry to hear that lots of purchasers are noticing a weird smell to the cases. Mine smells good. Kinda like that new car smell, you just wanna keep smelling it. And you buy car fresheners that say new car smell but couldnt be further from the actual new car smell. Yeah that kind of smell. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a really good case for the switch and expected nothing less from the tendo I really enjoyed the game case that holds not only a game cards but SD cards as well

So the case itself is great however the only flaw is that some cases have this zipper pouch and others have this in case stand. I like the case but the picture on the advertisement has a pouch and that the one I wanted. Otherwise its cool so buyers beware.

Works well, fits my Switch snug with the Joycon controllers attached, and protects it from bumps while travelling. The cases located beneath where the console rests do not stay in place well.
