Games Workshop Warhammer 40,000 Combat Patrol Dark Angels Box Set

Every unit in this box set is useful to a Deathwatch army and it is decent value. Can’t ask for more. I would recommend Deathwatch players buy 2 of these boxes.

I bought this to get some primaris models at a good price. Im not a Dark Angels player, but this worked perfect for my Ultramarines army. Although it comes with a DA extras sprue, you can make some alterations to the shoulder pads if you want to make a custom.

The Redemptor may be a little too much for beginners but this is a great set. Its perfect for Imperial Fists! I just wish they made it with an Imperial Fists version.

This combat patrol is a great way for newer players to start a space marines army, as well as adding depth to any experienced players collection. The intercessors are in almost 100% of space marine armies and the redemptor dreadnought is a staple in most lists as well. The inceptors are more of a tech choice and will not be a part of EVERY list, but they are a good choice for some deep strike threat. The chaplain is also included in a lot of lists and is a good HQ choice. The price is great, as buying all of these models individually would be much more expensive.

I dont Hate assembling things but I hate painting things becuz I have an imagine in my head of what I want and it never comes out how I pictured. So I procrastinated. Its a lot for a noob like myself

I bough several different starter sets to get started with a space marines army and this is right at the top, #1 or #2. The dreadnought is the best part (best bang for you buck), as he alone is worth half the cost of the box and will likely lead me to buying a second box once Ive finished building my current units.

This box is a great value to get started, or if (as has been the case) something in the box is out of stock. I snagged these when getting into 40k and Im happy with the purchase. Its a cheap way to get a dreadnought, and a handful of troops. Id say the assembly is somewhere between advanced and beginner- these are the full kits, so be prepared to check your codex before assembling. As the headline states, this box shows dark angels, but there is little thats chapter specific. You could use them for any Space Marine chapter.

I wanted to start a 500-point Dark Angles army and this will get you there, good assortment of bits to work with and make the army you want. all the quality you would expect from GW.
