Just what we need for the sunshine in New Orleans for JazzFest. Procection from the sun is important here in LA.

The umbrella opens and closes as expected. However, I plan on using this as a daily sun umbrella as I will be walking for hours every day during the summer in Asia and needed a light weight umbrella to block the sun. The photo of the item shows the black layer inside for UV protection, but the actual product does not have the black protector inside, so I think itll be a major decrease in protection and it will feel much hotter underneath. It also is very hard to close and fold up neatly, so its in actuality much more bulky in my purse. However, this is as expected based on my experience. Anyways, disappointed due to inaccurate photo. I chose the 34 inch light green version.

I purchased this travel umbrella with 8 ribs in Black. Good size for traveling as it takes up little space and is lightweight. Umbrella appears to be sturdy and easy to open and close. I only wish the case was a bit larger as it is a tight fit to get the umbrella back in after using. Overall I would purchase this item again.

It took me a few days to figure out how to open and close. Its a nice product. I bought to have in my office if I dont have a umbrellas with me. Its a bit on the smaller person size, but what can I say I am only 4 11 tall and very petite. So if you are a little wide, it may not give you coverage on my back side. How offen is an office umbrellas are use. So it is a good buy.

The closure velcroed strap is not sewed on fully across the whole width. This shows that the quality is not that good. The strap is one of the most used parts of the umbrella. Other than that its a bit hard to wrap it tightly. It will do its job for Seattle light rains but I would not take this out in a torrential downpour.

Assumed it would open and close easily….wrong….never assume

The umbrella is just okay for what it is. However, it does not justify the price comparing to its quality so I had to return it to exchange it with another one

I am very pleased with these umbrellas. I was looking for something compact in order to use on trip to Disney world. These umbrellas are perfect for stashing in a bag since they are also light weight. I will say that it is a little tough to get it to fully open and click into position the first couple of times. I definitely recommend opening them a few times before you are caught in a rainstorm and end up having to wrestle it open for 15 minutes in the rain! Nevertheless, I am very please.
