I did alot of research on travel bags and found this one had alot of positive reviews. I based it on the stars and percentages and narrowed to this one due to size. However one my first trip the zipper failed several times, even as I was walking through the terminal it popped open. Because I bought it early, I didnt use it before the close date for returns and Im now stuck with a useless travel bag. I cant seem to even contact the seller to discuss as its only 2 weeks past the date. Im very disappointed and wouldnt recommend this to anyone who wants to get their stuff to the destination of their choice. Update: quickly after this review the company contacted Mr to rectify the situation. 5 stars for the customer service.

Whoever designed this bag is a genius! It holds so much and is much easier to carry than a regular garment bag.

I was skeptical to purchase this bag because of all the other comments talking about bad zippers. But, Ive used it now twice with no problems! Both trips were driving, so I havent had it on a plane yet, but so far so good! It arrived as imaged, the purple actually matched the pictures online! Plenty of compartments, and holds a couple suits and shirts. I havent used the side pocket they say is for shoes, because I just put them in the bottom of the bag. Overall, I love it!! And would recommend it!

The bag is guaranteed to wrinkle your jacket and shirt(s) if you overload like a normal duffel bag.

Difficult to construct

Worked great as a carry on for our formal attire.

First time I used it and my suit and shirt came out completely wrinkled. Same thing in the way back.

Love the practicality of it. Having it be both a garment bag and duffle bag is great. Worked as a carry on too! I was able to fit two mens sports coats as well as a few dress shirts easily on the outside, along with shoes and other clothes inside. Would recommend!

I’ve used this bag twice now and overall I’m very happy. The garment bag section is great for a suit jacket (maybe even 2?) and a few shirts, and I’ve used it for travel to a conference and a wedding and was pleased with how it traveled. Once the whole thing is zipped up into a bag (which is very easy), I was actually pleasantly surprised how much it held. I was able to pack in enough stuff for a long weekend, and actually ended up taking more than I needed (including a pair of shoes and sandals in the shoe compartment). I got the blue and really like the color, and it seems durable but it’s only been the first few trips so we shall see. The zippers all seem good and I’m not worried about them breaking, and liked all the pockets this bag provided. I was able to fit it in the overhead bin on the airplane, and none of the gate agents ever questioned it as a carry on bag. If you are on a small plane there could be a problem, but so far it has been really easy to travel with. Overall, I’m really happy with the purchase and would recommend.
