FIVE buttons, all with black labels on a black background. The enclosed manual is 5 pages and offers no useful info on changing any settings. Online documents for the Insight all refer to button names that do not exist such as UP and DOWN. The iPhone app is incapable of adjusting the display, which is the ONLY thing I need it to do. If you try to explore the watchs settings, the 5 buttons allow a combinatorial explosion in possible button sequences making it the most hateful tool I HAVE EVER OWNED.

Best tracker watch Ive owned. A face you can actually see easily, day or night. Lots of tracking features and an incredible battery, 28 days on a full charge (without GPS turned on of course). Syncs well with app.

This watch is incredible for both outdoor and everyday use. The battery lasts me about 2-3 weeks and charges to full in about 30 minutes. This watch is so rugged you can continuously wear it for extended periods, and if you choose to, it has a handful of health features provided via the Garmin app. You can pair directly to a fitness app like Cronometer, and when it syncs from the app it can give an estimation of calories burned to Cronometer automatically. Additionally, it has very powerful GPS, altitude, and other tools to accurately track any trips or activity you go on for later. I often use it to drop a GPS pin on my campsite, or where I parked my car when I head out.

Valentines day gift for my husband... he LOVES it! It lasts him at least a week when he doesnt use the gps. Its perfect for him to wear hunting, working, and around our farm.

ich habe die uhr als neuware in schwarz bestellt. versendet wurde sie schnell, jedoch war sie offensichtlich schon einmal geöffnet und eingeschaltet worden. die geöffnete ovp ist mir egal, jedoch nicht die inbetriebnahme der uhr. deshalb ein stern abzug.
