> 3 dayWorked great to put a mount on my mountain bike and my road bike. Comes off super easy when I need to rewrap or swap bars, but stays on firm.

> 3 dayIn my opinion, this is currently the best mounting system available. I was first very skeptical about using rubber bands exposed to UV, extreme heat, dust, and varying weather conditions, but the bands have surprisingly held up very well. Once positioned, the mount is secure and does not move around like those positioned with zip ties or other types of straps. Likewise, the quarter-turn insert and release mechanism is secure, reliable, quick, and very easy to use.

> 3 dayThe bundle offered by Amazon doesnt actually work - it selects a case for the Garmin that just doesnt fit it. The mount is fine, but unnecessary unless you need it for a second bike, the Garmin unit is fine, but the case is just plain wrong. A bit irritating from Amazon, NOT Garmin. To be fair to Amazon, they have refunded promptly.

> 3 dayI purchased this mount as a cheap, quick mount for my Edge 500. Most other mounts that seemed more sturdy were really pricey, so going against my instincts, I decided to try this one. The only positive thing I can say about this product is that, although it does work well with the Edge devices, and although Garmin includes two mounts and plenty of rubber bands in various sizes for attaching, the rubber bands ARE NOT to be relied upon. Since the space on my handlebars is already crowded, I opted to place the mount around my stem. There are several large bands that reach, and it seemed secure at first, but one of them broke on my first ride with the setup. I tried again with an extra band - again, next ride, it broke. Next, I made room (awkwardly) on the bars thinking that maybe I was just stretching them too much around the stem. This lasted a week before they snapped again. I would go on a ride, then stash my bike in the garage as usual. After a day or two out in the heat of my garage, the bands seemed to have snapped on their own, which leads me to believe they are very susceptible to temperature change, or extreme heat or cold... and most bikes live in conditions such as this. So, in closing, Im extremely disappointed in the quality of the bands used to attach the mount. They need to be made of quality materials that wont easily break under a variety of conditions. I ended up splurging on $40 K-Edge stem mount out of frustration with this one.
