This is literally the worst piece of technology I have ever had the misfortune of owning. Constantly disconnecting, freezing up, resetting itself, etc,etc. I despise it and wish I could bring myself to smash it with a rock.

This is my first actual bike computer. The real time info on cadence and heart rate is making me a stronger rider. Battery life is stellar. I charge it after every ride and rarely use more than 25%, even after a 4-5 hour ride. Accuracy seems to be great. Elevation gain is sometimes a little iffy, but thats normal with any consumer GPS device from my experience. The touch screen I gave 4 stars. For the most part it works fine but sometimes can be a little glitchy, but not bad. Im very happy with my purchase.

She loves it. This one replaces her antique Garmin. The configuration was about what you expect - no surprises. It works fine and so far the battery life is good.

I love this computer, still learning everything it does. Live the map feature when I got turned around in a strange neighborhood and lost on a series of trails that were not well marked. Discover how the emergency I cident feature works when I was on my mountain bike and stopped abruptly. I was able to vancel it before it notified my emergency contacts but it was loud enough to alert people around me if it had actually crashed my bike. My only complaints is I have soooed the timer only to discover the ride also ended. The touch screen is sensitive so I might have bumped it. When paired with my phone I can get see weather alerts, ornother notifications when I am out, choose to answer or ignore phone calls that I might have otherwise missed.

Produto excelente, vc pode configurar várias telas com até 10 dados simultâneos e alternar entre elas, há ainda a possibilidade de se comprar um controle remoto da Garmin e alternar entre as telas sem ter que tirar as mãos do guidom, bastando apenas utilizar os botões do controle, apertando-os com os dedos, como se estivesse passando as marchas. Recomendo a todos. A única crítica foi que o produto veio sem nota fiscal. O que dificulta a revenda ou colocar num seguro.

I washed my beloved Garmin 500 accidentally and needed a new computer. I looked at all options and decided that the 830 was the best choice. Having had this computer for 6 months that remains my opinion.

Perfect. Spend a little bit more and buy a 830. Touch screen is really worth it.

Terrible connecting to phone and Cadence not pairing to unit. Hopefully this was a bad unit. Sending it back for a replacement. So I hope the new one works properly.

Absolutely awesome, it just works each and every time without any issues. Having had the Garmin Edge 830 Kit now for a month, and used for over 300 kms already my only regret was not buying it sooner.
