> 3 dayIf you need a fitness watch and an alert watch paired with your phone, then I recommend this one. It tracks your BPM and Steps as well as activity. Has GPS and everything most smartwatches have. The only thing I wish if the cost could come down a bit. Built well for functionality. Solar Charge and charging for up to 24 days is great. However, needs a little better control features, and settings take a bit of learning.
