Greater than one weekThis unit is a great improvement over prior model. I have had no problem at all with it. I go to trade shows all over the country so am often in unfamiliar places. The Garmin is a must have item.

> 3 dayI didnt buy this for the suction cup feature -- my original mount still is fine. However, this was the cheapest way I found to get a replacement for the connector which fits on the end of the ball. After many connect/disconnect cycles the micro USB socket got worn to the point where the connection with the power cord became intermittent. I put the suction cup part aside, removed the connector and fixed my problem instantly; the new micro USB socket mated perfectly and snugly with the power cord and in addition to the power, the traffic information and remote backup camera functions all work fine.
