It was the perfect watch for about 18 months, then started giving erratic heart rate readings and freezing/lagging whenever pressing command buttons. I have been communicating with Garmin tech support multiple times and I was provided with different reset procedures to follow. These turned out to be tempory fixes which lasted for a few hours, sometimes days, before the watch would start failing again. Eventually Garmin replied the following:
