Before buying I watched many reviews on this watch. Display looked better on those video and in the pictures Garmin uses for the ad, but in real life it has a bluish tint and the blacks arent as black as it shows on amazon. I might be ok if it were half the price but for 1k+ Im not happy. I even thought the first one they sent me was a dud, but both copies I received had washed out displays. Heart rate is higher too. I might go with a Fenix 6x instead but I cant justify the price for the delta.

I only wore it for a couple hours. I have a small build and small wrist. 5’9” about 150. The watch was amazing and accurate during the few test I did. As much as I wanted to keep it, it looked like a frisbee on my arm. It’s big big. I liked it better than my Apple Watch 6, but I looked like an idiot wearing it. For those who can rock it, absolutely a great watch, but for small guys like me, it’s a bit too much. Luckily it was a simple and fast return. Especially for a watch of this value.

Brilliant tough watch. I’m a tradesmen and I wanted a smart watch that could handle the stresses of trade work. Some people might cringe if the thought of taking such an expensive watch on site but I needed one to track my heart rate for a medical condition. I’ve given this watch a good few twangs not and still not a single mark on it. It isn’t touch screen so unlike other smart watches you can’t reply to texts etc but it doesnt falter on any other aspects. The battery when charged says 17 days usually but I use mine a lot and mine lasts for around 13 days without a charge, which is still plenty. If your a tradesmen I’d definitely buy this watch and if your military and using it for what it’s supposed to even better. The app is good and there’s plenty of data rich faces like the one shown which I downloaded or analog looking ones if your off out on the tiles. I’d definitely use garmin again.

I had a Samsung Galaxy watch for years, but got really tired of having to charge it every other day. This watch will go 21 days without needing a charge, more with the solar option. Charging is really fast too. When I do charge it I charge it while taking a shower and getting ready for the day. In about 20-30 minutes, it gets a few days worth of charge.

UI is clunky and hard to use. GPS does not sync with ease.

I own a lot of watches, and this is by far the best. The battery life is incredible. The always on display is very crisp and clear. Also the step counter is very accurate.
