The return policy is not uniform and customer friendly. That leads to huge loss for the customer

I love the watch, the notifications and everything but I find it big for my arm.

I ended up keeping the larger “men’s” version and purchased a 45 mm rose gold bezel and rose gold 22mm strap on here. The Don Draper level of marketing Garmin has towards women is hilarious. Why would I pay the same price of the large watch for the small watch? Because the colors are pretty?! You’ll note all the photos of women wearing the smaller watch only aimed at we females to purchase what is obviously of less value in comparison for the same rate. The pics of me measuring with calipers show that with the black border the lcd isn’t even the size it’s advertised the screen is smaller than the Galaxy watch 42 I own. That being said the fitness features are superior to all the other fitness watches out there and the response time is so fast. You should be lifting weights like a pro in no time when you arrange workouts load them and get to it. Each exercise has an animated example. I love the Venu 2 but Garmin needs to get a grip with its sexist marketing. Obviously some people will prefer a smaller watch but price it at 350 and sell the large watch in “feminine “ colors as well so the marketing doesn’t look as 50’s Mad Men era it currently does.

Very happy with this product. It is as described. For health and sleep tracking it seems fairly accurate. Only down side for me is the swimming tracker; it doesnt have small back yard pool lengths, nor does it understand swimming in the ocean. Aside from that I love it!

I loved this watch and all its features more than any other watch I have owned. It was the perfect watch for tracking activities and sleep. The watch fell off while I was skiing though, and for a company that makes watches for high-intensity activity, I was surprised and disappointed. I was using the band that came with the watch too, it was not some 3rd party band.
