Ordered 20+ of these to swap out for 65w floods. Theyre on quality dimmer switches. Worked well for about 1.5 months and are now flickering... Nothing like having a meeting and the client asks if the power is going out at your facility. ;)

Very bright needed to return to get soft, my mistake. If you need a football field lighted up these are your best option
