this speaker wire is worth every penny!

Used this speaker wire to rewire remote speakers in a separate room in the house. The original speakers wires which were run inside walls and in the attic space had failed after 30 years. Used this direct burial wire as added protection against whatever caused the original wires to fail. Speakers working well with the new wire.

Buyers beware - the spool of wire came used. Looks like it was unspooled, some wire cut off, and then platic wrap put back on.

Seemed like a great deal. Individual wire insulation already showing evidence of splitting vertically along the wire with minimal handling. I seriously question how long before wire fails due to internal shorting.

way to hard to work with.. like a cheap extension cord ruined my project is all i can say

Haven’t even tested the cable for it’s actual propose yet, because as soon as I removed it from the box one side of the reel just fell of with no warning causing half the cable to spool out becoming a completely tangled mess. To add insult to injury, it happened to break apart on the mud as I was planning on spooling it out in the yard. I now will need to break apart the cable into sections to even try getting untangled.

best wire to use

This wire is much nicer than I expected for the price. I just needed something “cheap”, that’s not what I got. The install is going well.
