Theyre little rubber nubs put on other little rubber nubs. They work as one would think and stay on very well. They do spin overtime though due to thumb pressure overtime.

Some of these super cute thumb grip caps fall off so quickly, but these have stayed on even with lots of playing and mashing them around. Good quality
