I really like the GeekShare Greedy Ghost Thumb Grip Caps. They fit the switch and they are just too cute. The package comes with four grip caps. I put one of each and i have to say in love. I really do recommend to buy.

These little ghost grips are super cute! They stay on the controllers very well and are comfortable. They are also easy to apply. Only con is that they collect dust easily.

A little tough to get on but absolutely adorable.

Really cute & match my joycons perfectly. great for casual gaming & browsing, but i take them off when playing games like smash because they tend to slide off. theyre easy to put back on though so its no trouble (i usually use a pro controller for any action packed games anyways). points off for not being able to use them all the time, but 10/10 for anything without intense gameplay.

There are so cute, and my thumbs feel so comfortable when Im playing on my switch.

These are just so cute and have a good feel to them. These are hard to get on, but thats par for the course for thumb grips.
