When I opened it I got this really bad smell. Opened the box it kinda felt wet and it had a black spot like it shows in picture. And the pad itself smell bad and has some black spots. I dont want that touching my child.

It’s a little heavy. My biggest problem is having to literally take apart the car seat straps to loop then through and honestly who even has time to do that?! I’m trying to save time now make more steps to get out the door. In theory this was great but the hassle just isn’t worth it to me! I’m thinking of investing in a noggle instead and calling it a day!

My baby sweats easily and we purchased this to help him call down and half insulation. However, this item is super dense, non-porous, does not provide ventilation, and that’s not cool whatsoever. If put in the refrigerator in a quart for a few minutes during use but then it becomes another hot item. It looks pretty, but it does not provide any support. The canvas material looks like it may be difficult to clean. I do not recommend this item as it did not function properly.

Got this a year ago. Used 2 months the stored it. All the gel has dried and no longer suitable to use it. Such a bummer!

We live in Texas and the summer here is like HEAT! I purchased this for my baby girl’s car seat, so she won’t feel to hot when she gets into the car. It works fine but just not that cool as I expected. Anyway, it still better than the car seat material itself.

It smells like fertilizer and it feels wet instead of cool. I don’t see how this will be comfortable. Returning it.

This works great! I wouldnt say it stays cool for hours on end, but definitely does the job!

I love it easy to use keeps my baby nice and cool when we’re outside. I don’t have to worry about my baby getting overheated/sweating. Fits in the car seat perfect and simple instructions.
