> 24 hourOne of the reviewers noted that you need to leave the calculator where it can get light - doesnt have to be sunlight, indoor light will do. This is verified in the mfrs instructions. But, if you shut it up in a drawer for a long period of time, you will draw down the lithium battery it has inside (I looked to see if it was the same as the last one - this one is permanent & not meant to be changed.) And note the other 2 reviewers who had their old ones like this 20 and 30 years respectively! Its just the right size to hold in your hand and the buttons are easy to push. And, its pretty. If a man doesnt want to use it, give him one with very small buttons & hell come back for this one - guaranteed from experience, ha!
