If it wasnt for the incorrect description for door thickness it can handle it would be 4 stars. The description states it can handle a 1-3/4 door. I specifically made a 1-3/4 door to later find out this product would only fit that without having the square plates in place which drastically adds to the looks of the handle. So unfortunately i now have a handle without the square plates included because the threaded nut it includes could not handle the full door thickness and the plate.

I ordered this handle for a barn door that I had installed in my master bath. The handle itself is beautiful and I was very happy with the looks of it, however, the part that attaches to the door itself is a little wonky. I tightened it up as much as I could but the little square part is still loose and wiggles when I grab the handle to open the door. It should feel solid and stable, but does not. I ended up keeping it, because it is still functional and just wanted to be done with the whole door. Not sure I would order it again. It could have been just a dud, but who knows.
