> 3 dayGot a pair of these for my grandson to be able to work on his arms while he learns to crawl and walk. His dad is kind of a beanpole, so I wanted the kid to get ahead of the game on his wimpy dad. He can do bicep curls, tricep curls, use them for weighted squats. Basically he can get a good dumbell workout in. It helps that he seems to like the rattling sound. They dont get slippery while hes trying to chew on them and gets them covered in drool. Going to have to work on his gym etiquette regarding the drool part. And the chewing. You will have to watch your little one for proper form. The little drool factories get stubborn at first and wont use good form for the curls and other arm exercises, so throw in a few muscle failure workouts to get the discipline up to par.

Greater than one weekMuch to my dismay my nephew hasn’t added any size to his biceps with this, but he looks like a little baby gym bro holding it and honestly what’s better than a baby gym bro? I think I’ll get him a gym shark stringer next to complete the look.
