Does not come with a silicone bumper like the picture shows; misleading. Everything else is as described but you would be hard pressed to put 2 SSD with bumpers and cables with out it trying to bulge out.

There’s an indicator light on all of these drives, but this case covers up that light

does what it is intended to do, but I still would advize against dropping your external ssd anyway.

Upgrading my hard drives to Samsung SSDs and was concerned about their bare aluminum housings as dropping them would surely dent them or worse. These bumpers fit like a glove and make your Samsung SSDs look and feel like mini versions of the Lacie Rugged drives they are replacing in my arsenal.

Great additional protection for an already sturdy drive. Not as “grippy” as I thought it might be but it does the job for a shy price. I would buy again… and did for my blue T7 drive.

My Samsung t7 is a great companion, but I didnt enjoy the way it would scrape against my Macbook - metal on metal is not the best. This simple bumper was easy to put on, allows the drive to breathe, and matches the color of my red drive well. It would be nice if it had a hole in the corner for a tether but I could add one if I really wanted. Id buy this case again.

The speed of transferring files is mind-blowing. 6GB for only couple of seconds. Crazy. But you need to connect in to the right port. I have HP Spectre with thunderbolt port. With other ports its usual speed of 20-40MB per second. Here its 500MB per second.

A very clean & well made product, slipped right over the drive with little fuss. Great for added grip to surfaces so it wont slide or move.
