Works as expected. Great product.

This my second purchase of these they are easy to set up and are great for turning on lamps and devices when not at home.

These work like a dream with our home smart devices. We love how Alexa is ready to take care of any requests. They work great together. I want them everywhere in my house.

Overall I like these plugs but every time the power goes out, afterwards they no longer work with Google home. They show up in the app and you can control them from there, but you basically have to set them up all over again to get them working correctly. That means getting back to the hard to reach plugs which kind of defeats the purpose in my mind. I want to set them up and be done. I dont have to set up anything else repeatedly every time the power flashes.

You have to download a crappy app to get this to work and the app would not work so we returned this and ordered ones that were a bit more expensive but integrate easy with Alexa

These worked but had to download an app to get them to work. Not such and easy set up. But they do work fine.

The product itself is good, works as described and is easy to install. The problem is in the app!! They had a bright idea to push their products on you via this annoying banner that takes over your app and wont let you do anything until it finally loads 3 seconds or more at times later. So if you get on to turn off your kids light for example you will have to sit through the stupid advertising until you click on the X to close it up and its not just once daily or so its almost every time you open the app!!

Easy to set up and to control and schedule from the phone. Ive plugged my fridge into it and have it on a schedule for energy conservation. Pairs effortlessly with Alexa. Perfect addition to my smart home. The plugs are a little big so it will limit the space left for another large plug. However, there is a work around for this so Im really satisfied with this purchase.

Had to return could not get plugs to sync never able to use.

Great reviews, I thought… so I purchased and when I went to set them up, the plugs will not connect UNLESS you allow the app you’re required to install full access to your phone photos as well as sign up for and consent to advertising from Gosund. I don’t know about you, but I can’t figure out a single reason why a smart plug used for remotely controlling my lamps/tv/etc would need access to my private phone photos in order to work. Buyer beware - seems like just a data mining product. Thankfully Amazon was great with customer service and refunded very quickly after I contacted them.
