I love these little plushies! Not only are they factual and educational, but they are also adorable (which is strange since they are pathogens). In addition, they are high quality so they do not easily wear. Great for children and adults.

I bought this as a stocking stuffer for my daughter who loves science. It was really cute and soft. She just took a peek and loves it.

I ordered 18 various Giant Microbes. I took all 18 in a large bag to a party I attended. Everyone pulled one from the bag. And that was all she wrote. People talked ALL night about my Giant Microbes. Some even claimed they had certain problems. Many laughed, cried, and fussed about diseases they thought they knew. The Microbes I explained have explanations along with a small picture of the actual microbe attached. What a great night that was. I will always be remembered for my Giant Microbes. Thanx Amazon!

If you have a child curious about the world of microbes, this is a perfect addition to feed their curiosity. I purchased this for my neighbors 3 year old son who requested germs for Christmas. When I found this, there was no question about it, he was going to have it. Giant Microbes are available by the bunch. There seems to be a stuffer microbe for just about any illness. While the product is great & he loved it, I gave it 3 stars because I find the picture a bit deceiving. This item does not come with a petri dish graphic, which would be an awesome addition & the info card displayed is actually the tag. It would be much nicer if the info card was actually a card & presented as something worth keeping instead of something most typically discard. They are also a good bit smaller then one would expect. I actually purchased one prior & was disappointed with the size which is what lead me to buy the stomach bug. However given my disappointments, I will purchase more of these if my neighbors son continues to be wondering about germs enough to request them. They were a huge hit with him & thats what really mattered in the end.

Bought these for my son (8) who is so fascinated with science. We discuss what the microbe is and does to the human body. He loves them, and now wants his own microscope!
