My step dad opened it and everything was sealed and in protective bubble wrap but the lid came completely smashed. I tried to submit for a new lid but it wanted me to return the whole cup and my step dad didnt want to go through the Hassel so he kept it as is without the lid. But very disappointing that I paid for a product and we were shipped a broken product.
