Interior was flimsy and lining was not attached, hinges were already broken - if it can’t survive transport in a thick cardboard box, how can it cope with airline handling?

It rolls so easily! But it is a little plain, so I embellished it.

I was sent a replacement and warily took it on a trip checking the bag on my flights. It works perfectly and no complaints! I’m updating my review for this reason. I should’ve listen to the reviews here that said this was a piece of crap and super cheap. When I finally had a trip planned and woke up in the morning to pack my bag, the zipper broke right off before I could even open the thing. Total trash

First and only day i walked inside the airport around tw o block and the wheels melted. I have to buy a new luggage inside the airport and sent this product home with my parents that luckily were there with me. Cheap product

I was so excited when I got this for my trip out the country! The night before my trip I realized the handle would not pull up! It was stuck in the down lock position. It was too late to get a new one before my trip so I had no choice but to use it. At the last minute I decided to unpack my things and see if I could figure out what was wrong. I ended up figuring out how to unscrew the handle and manually raise the lever handle so I wasn’t left pushing the suitcase through the airport. The bad part was the handle would now be in the up position and stuck. It was the worst!!! I made it home after my trip to find that the handle started working randomly; so I decided not to return it thinking maybe it was just a random glitch! Well two weeks later we went on our sec vacation to have this same thing happen to me again only this time the airline would not check the bag unless the lever was in the down position; so I was stuck pushing the suitcase through the airport. I’m so upset I wasted 100 bucks on something this cheaply made. I’m trashing it and thanking the loss.

The design is beautiful and the luggage is in fact light weight. However, there is little to no durability to these hardside suitcases. After one roundtrip flight, both bags are scratched up and definitely look worn/used. I forsee this lasting maybe one more trip and thats it. For the price, Im sure there are better, lasting, more durable options here on Amazon. I have added pics of the larger suitcase showing scratches, signs of wear and part of a plastic attachment which broke off. Again, there are likely better options - choose wisely.

Great Value but lock broke within 3 months and wheel fell off

Update 8/17/22. Im very happy with the replacement. Looks just like the picture I recieved the white one this time. Very classy. I am pleased. I love it! I am dissapointed I waited forever for this to go on sale. It finally did. I was so excited I thought it would be shinny like the pic. Its a very dull color. And sticky black stuff all over the front of it. My first time buying a carry on and sad about it.
