This monitor looks like it should cost much more than it does, and it is very responsive for both gaming and IT remote work tasks(remote desktop connections have never looked sharper!). My main issue was the time it took to find or calibrate a custom vibrant color mode that didnt oversaturate reds to the point of looking pink, though, the default mode or other presets should be sufficient for most people. It has enough ports (I connect one macbook pro over hdmi @60HZ and one PC with Display Port @ 65HZ), and color customization options such as the black equalizer allow very fine control over the brightness and overall picture quality. The stand is sturdy enough compared to some other budget displays I own from Sceptre and WD. There havent been any dead pixels in the month Ive had it, and the 1440p resolution on a 27 inch monitor is slowly becoming my preferred desktop resolution. Overall its a 9/10 display that is more than capable of displaying high-quality, high-FPS content, with good brightness, all at an affordable price.

This monitor is a deal, and I mean it. I have seen regular 1080p 144hz monitors retail for about $250 before. So a massive upgrade in size, quality, and refresh rate for about $50 is worth it. The monitor is heavy enough to be sturdy but I dont feel like it weighs a ton. A screen thats not too thick. It has an adjustable base. I mean, it does exactly what a monitor should do. Now, before you order this on Amazon, please try to select the option to order in Amazon packaging (which is an option in checkout, and completely free). This basically puts your monitor in an extra box. My husband and I ordered a monitor, and it came with the screen cracked (clearly someone had dropped the box on the corner during shipping). We decided to re-order again after the seller was very kind and helpful during the return process. We ordered it again, this time requesting it be sent in Amazon packaging, and it arrived with similar damage to the packaging, but absolutely none to the monitor. Like I said, this monitor is great. I really trust Gigabytes brand since I have their rtx 2070 super card currently, and they have yet again exceeded expectations. Idk what else I can say, but Ive had a good experience with this monitor and seller. Ill be ordering another one soon for myself.

The screen has VERY noticeable flickering. So much so that it becomes distracting and all my friends are annoyed by my constant complaining. It is a great monitor otherwise especially with the 2 USB ports in the back. I would suggest another monitor otherwise unless they can get the flickering resolved.

Great gaming monitor, havent had any real issues using it over the last 4 months. The Dashboard feature never worked (displaying temps, voltages, etc.), but I dont really care about that to be honest; there are so many other options available to do the same thing. G-sync works fine (using an RTX 3070). Have played Borderlands 3, Red Dead Redemption 2, and Cyberpunk 2077 with no complaints regarding the monitor. That said, with no issues I also have had no reason to contact support, which seems to be what a lot of the negative reviews are about. Maybe youll be lucky like me and will never need to deal with them.

So the reason this gets not a 5 is cause of the auto brightness feature that comes out of the box. This cant be changed until you download the latest driver for the monitor from gigabyte and after that it fixes itself. Also g-sync does work but like I said mine needed to be updated before that. For the value I believe this is one amazing monitor but gigabyte has already made a better monitor thats now at 170hz and is the same for better picture performance. So go and check that one out, instead of this older model.

This is a really nice monitor. I cant be your only review you look at since Ive only had a 21.5 60hz monitor before, but I love this. Its only my first day, but if something changes I will make sure to tell you. First off, the one con I have so far. Ghosting. The ghosting on this monitor is very noticeable if your dragging your cursor over discord or a black screen etc. To me, this isnt much of a problem, as Im mostly just gaming and doing some light video editing. For others doing heavy video-editing, I dont know. Imo, the pro outweigh the cons by a mile. The ghosting is not noticeable when youre gaming, as least for me. I play a lot of Rainbow Six Siege and I had no problems. The 2k, 165hz, 1ms response time is great. The curve is very immersive and nice to have. Its so easy to put this together, it took me a while to figure out how to plug all the cables in, but this is coming from a guy who has never had a gaming monitor. Also, to address backlight-bleeding. Maybe I just cant see it, but I have not had ANY problems with it whatsoever. I wouldnt mind even if there was some as I dont play many dark games, but after doing a couple backlight bleeding tests I really didnt see anything. Out of the box this thing is very bright, but its so easy to turn the brightness down in the settings. The colors are VERY vibrant and a bit on the warmer side. I found no dead and/or stuck pixels after a test. I love this monitor and cant wait to pair it up with the PC once I get all the parts I need to build it. I definitely recommend this monitor. I will get pictures up of this monitor as soon as my new phone gets here as my old one broke. Edit: After another Back-light bleed test there was a little bit of bleed in the bottom left corner but I dont mind.

Good value for the money really. Picture quality isn’t the sharpest for watching video but looks great for gaming. Overall good value for the money 1440p 165hz for this price is just amazing. Also really like the curve
