Always been a fan of this razors, I only suggest that you dont use them while in a rush or hurry otherwise you will end up with a bloody mess.

For an extra smooth shave, I expected sharper blades than the others. Unfortunately, this was not the case. They are razors and they do work just its a misnomer to call them extra smooth when they do the same job as the other blades.

I bought these razors on an auto-subscription, but ended up cancelling it. I really like the Venus brand, but had previously used the SPA, OLAY and BREEZE razors with moisture strip. These were just ok. They did get the job done, but I felt like they didnt deliver as clean of a shave as the other models of Venus. The others carry the signature giant moisture strip in them to lubricate the skin before and after the blade shaves and I feel that they do a much better job getting close reducing in grown hairs. I also felt like they kept getting clogged in the back of the razor over time, but before their life was up. I thought I would try these because they were a bit cheaper, but Ill continue to order the other models with moisture strip and spend a little extra in the future.

I first purchased these razors with the Platinum Extra Smooth handle. I was absolutely thrilled! I have tried almost every shaving product available from disposable razors to a single blade luxury razor that retails for $75. These razors coupled with the Platinum Extra Smooth handle are the best razor Ive used. They are extremely easy to shave with and I find that they are very moisturizing with no razor burn. I have never been a fan of the razors with the disposable blades because remembering to re-order them always seems like an extra step of work. These razor heads and the Venus Platinum handle make the extra step of ordering them, worth every minute. They leave me with a perfect shave that lasts!

I have been using this type of razor for like 2 years with the same wand and just keep replacing the heads. yes it is more expensive but to me they last longer than other razors I never change the head because it gets dull, every month or so Im like well I been using this one awhile i guess ill put a new head on.
