First flight, it was scratched up a lot. Otherwise, I am quite satisfied with my Ginza luggage set. Love the spinner wheels!

First and foremost, the luggage is decent and other than one wheel falling off is pretty durable. But back to that wheel falling off, it wouldnt be that much of a problem since it has a 2 year warranty. Unfortunately, I cannot find any info about the warranty or how to contact Ginza Travel. I cannot find a number or a website on Google. I even called Amazon customer service and they couldnt find anything either. The 2 Year Warranty is useless if I cant contact them. Im actually writing this review in hopes they see it and contact me so I can fix my wheel. Again, other than the issue Im currently having, it is a good luggage set. Not sure how the wheel fell off but the other aspects of the luggage seems to be holding up just fine. It would get 4 out of 5 stars from me otherwise, but for now Im just giving it 1 star.

Love the material and smoothness of the wheels. The inside has zíperes spaces and it helps contain the stuff as yo roll around with it . Love the security code

Really nice looking with solid construction and lots of space. Great replacement for our old carry-on luggage! Love the 360 degree wheels and adjustable handle. Really nice two-sided storage. Perfect for a quick trip. Color is more gray than green but still looks great.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. Durable and nice to travel with.

As you see these are NOT scratch resistant. Used these for 15 day travel around western Spain. The zipper on the largest piece would not stay on track...right out of the box. This set is designed for 1 or 2 uses. Spend a little extra money and get better quality luggage. You get what you pay for. I would not recommend.

This luggage is absolutely gorgeous! I have had many sets over the years, but this is hands down the BEST! I highly recommend this product and the seller is wonderful as well.

Honest review here. Wow, I was impressed by these. Super light weight, great easy move ability and strong luggage. The light weight aspect is so important to me and the fact that it can spin all ways easily is another. Nothing worse than a suitcase that wont move properly or is too heavy. I was impressed with the quality, zippers and how they expand. The locks are easy to use and undue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
