> 3 dayIve been using these bags for 19+ years, back when they were on a roll of 80 and 160 in a box. The roll system seemed to work much better than the folded setup of today I dont understand why local stores like Walmart have stopped carrying them, but thankfully Amazon still does. I found some cheaper handle-tie bags and gave then a try.... Mistake! They were only .80mils thick and after noticing that they seemed a little short in the can, I measured them beside one another. The Glad brand was 2 taller.... No wonder they didt fall inside the can like the cheaper ones did.

> 3 dayThe handle ties are why I go out of my way to find this product. They make lifting the full bag out of the trash can easier and then easily tie and carry the bag. I dislike the drawstring type bags where the red band rips too easily through the bag and the flap tie bags are too hard to open and annoying to gather and tie the flaps.

> 3 dayI am SO happy to find these handle-tie bags on Amazon! They are nearly impossible to find in grocery stores anymore, and I even checked my local Wal-Marts several times without success. If youre using those hateful plastic-tie bags, you MUST try these out! I completely agree with the reviewers who said the handle ties are easier to tie, theyve never broken when Ive used them, they cause less stress on your fingers when youre carrying the bag, and they ARE great to hook over door knobs when youre cleaning! They seem to fit my kitchen garbage can better, too. The other bags seem to always work their way down inside the garbage can, which causes a mess. The handle-tie bags tuck in easily and the handle ties fold over the outside rim of my garbage can just right until Im ready to remove the bag. They are neat, clean, and fantastic. As long as I can find Glad Handle-Tie bags, I will never use anything else!

> 3 daySimplicity is the hallmark of good design. These are longer than most standard kitchen bags, so they stay in the barrel better. They open with ease. They rarely tear even when pulling hard on the handles. Simply the best.

> 3 dayI have been using this style of Glad trash bag FOREVER, but they are getting harder and harder to find. the handles are sturdy and make it easier to remover from my kitchen trash can. The handles are easy to tie together. I have tried the cinch handles but they tend to snap easily. I will continue to purchase these until they are no longer available.
