Used them for my Craftsman toolbox and they Look and Roll great.

I bought these initially to build a dolly for my backhoe attachment. With 900+ lbs sitting on them, they glide over the concrete like theyre on ice. Its a good thing they have nice strong brakes on them, because my backhoe will roll away by itself and just keep going. Since they worked so well, I bought a second pair to build a dolly for my PTO wood chipper, which is also right around 900 lbs. I got it together, dropped the wood chipper on it and went to move it and it felt like the wheels were grinding on something. I didnt even have to set the brakes, because it wouldnt move anywhere without some serious force. I thought there must be one bad wheel on it, so I flipped the dolly over to check them out. Turned out all 4 wheels were not spinning correctly. Fortunately, upon inspection I found it to be the brake. It was ever so slightly touching the wheels causing resistance on them. I guess this batch had out of spec brakes put into them. I had to take them all apart and bend the brake back so that it no longer contacted the wheel, except when its supposed to. Much better now, but you lose half a star for bad QC. Since Amazon doesnt support half stars, I have to round down to 4.
