I have this TKL (ten keyless) Glorious Modular Mechanical Keyboard (GMMK) and a compact version of the GMMK and they are both AWESOME! They are very affordable for a mechanical keyboard and the ability to hot swap switches is unheard of. I have Gateron black switches for keys I want to be harder to press (space bar, enter, caps lock, etc.) and Gateron clear switches for keys I want to be easier to press (Ctrl, Function, Alt, Shift x 2, etc.) and although the keyboard is awesome with all Gateron Brown switches, the ability to play around with different switches all for under $120 is incredible. The GMMK with the semi-aluminum build is nice as it is heavy and feels very sturdy. The rubber feet keep the keyboard in place and the adjustable feet is a nice addition. There is even a key cap puller permanently mounted on the bottom out of the way. Would say out of the compact and TKL I definitely prefer the TKL as it is nice being able to hit the arrow keys, home, end, delete and print screen without having to use the function key first, but again the compact is awesome as well. If you have never used a keyboard smaller than a full size one, would probably suggest the TKL as it is a nice trade off of reducing space, but not giving up some dedicated keys. You could always buy a dedicated numerical keypad to go with the compact one though. The only downside I can think of to the GMMK is the USB micro connector. Wish it was USB C, but since both the TKL and compact ones use the same connector, it is easy for me to swap out keyboards as needed. Again, for the price and the ability to hot swap switches, you wont find anything better than the GMMK and Gateron brown switches are a great all-around switch for everyone. They have tactile feedback without the extra loud clickyness of the blue switches. I will probably end up buying another GMMK TKL before to long.

Great keyboard. Bought the ten keyless to replace my chiclet Mac keyboard. Was so impressed I bought a full sized to use with my pc. So much easier to type on. Make fewer errors. Type faster.

Bought this out of a friends recommendation. I dont regret buying it so far. Keys feel great and responsive. This is my first modular keyboard and also my first tenkeyless kb too. Thankfully it still has volume controls thanks to the shortcuts with the FN key. You can switch out practically everything to your liking if you dont like how easy it is to press on the keys (assuming you have the parts to replace it with). Its a Great keyboard and Im hoping to stick with it awhile if it lasts that long

I upgraded from my full-size Cherry MX Brown keyboard from Corsair because I wanted something smaller, more stable, and quiet, and this checks all those marks flawlessly. My Number one issue with my old keyboard was the rattling, making it extremely loud for a keyboard with supposedly quiet switches. Gaterons are my new favorites.

Nearly two years ago, I bought this GMMK Compact, which was my first mechanical keyboard. To this day, this is still my main keyboard, just with different switches and a few mods thrown in. If you are looking at this keyboard as your first mech keyboard, you wont be disappointed. It doesnt sound amazing when it is bone stock, but just lubing the stock switches makes a night and day difference. I put Holy Panda switches in mine and also bandaid modded the stabilizers, plus a few other changes here and there and now this girl THOCC.

Outstanding build quality and materials. This is a fully modular mechanical keyboard with fully customizable RGB lighting. Simply put, if you don’t like the way the switches feel, it takes about five seconds to swap each switch with a new one. Exceptional value for the purchase price.

I got this just for the sake of having a keyboard with easily repaired switches, but after using it thus entire week on a keyboard intensive work project; I can say I love this. The keys are very consistent in feel (a common problem with cheaper MKBs), I didnt have a single bad switch, and the overall build quality is solid.
