Greater than one weekVery reasonable price for these foil balloons. Local grocery store was more than twice the cost. You can use a regular size straw to blow air into the balloons Takes about 5 - 6 min per balloon. Make sure you take a break after a minute to catch your breath. These balloons are very sturdy and have held all its air after 48 hours. They have a solid feel when you hold them, and they do not feel like they will pop if you gently press them. One thing to consider is the color of the foil balloons against the color of a backdrop. Overall, great product and great price.
