exactly what I expected

This holds 5 liters of your favorite cleaner or disinfectant. It’s huge. Massive. Built like a tank and probably can pass for one at a distance. It mounts nicely and has an adjustable dispenser amount. Tired of filling up small ones? Buy this and never run out. Works perfectly too and looks great. Got a lot of kids? Get this. A whole company of filthy people? Get this. Paranoid about a virus? Get this. It will put to shame any other dispenser and humble anyone near it.

Cannot open for refilling without almost tearing dispenser off the wall! Wish Gojo would make the dispensers easier to open!

The pro 5000 is huge make sure you are getting what you wanted...ordered by mistake didnt realize they came in this size thought i was getting something like you see in restrooms.

Great product except it was missing the insert piece as shown in the pictures. I made my own clip insert.

I dont understand why the back side includes adhesive... I incorrectly assumed the factory-applied tape is strong enough for a perfectly smooth wall so I firmly stuck it to side of a metal cabinet. Gravity won overnight. Dispenser is very durable (survived a 4 foot drop with weight of full refill) but the refill bag tore, made a mess - and expense of replacing an otherwise new refill. I recommend four 1/4 screws/bolts/washers or similar size lag bolts. 4 stars. Would be 5-star if they had included wall fasteners instead of sticky-tape that will probably fail.
