These phones are most likely refurbished and it was not advertised as so. The phone ran great for a long while but after a few months {3 to 4} it started giving little issues with the screen and eventually shut down completely not being able to charge or come on again. I am very furious because for the amount of money I spent on this I could have a brand new pixel 4. The trinkets are just a way to hide the fact that he phones are not brand new or has issues.

Was worried about all the reviews mentioning Verizon phones not really unlocked elsewhere. This was TMobile overstock, new in box. Great deal to replace my sons phone. May get one for myself, cheaper than fixing the broken screen.

Good value with this purchase, coming with the wireless charger was nice. Phone runs great with my NET10 sim card. Fast phone, decent camera still. I love the smaller size of this phone. The larger phones are such a pain for me. To big to for the pocket or to take running. Happy Camper.

The phone came with a used T Mobile SIM card, Amazon’s useless customer service could only offer a 5$ gift card, pathetic. The phone works it’s just not what’s advertised.

I was really disappointed with the Pixel 3. I had the Pixel XL which I had till it died after4 years and virtually no problems. The Pixel 3 had a terrible screen format. The worst part was after approximately 3 months I started missing phone calls so I tried all the reset phone and sound settings. The phone would ring once then go silent. Going to the Google assistant was a joke. Evidently its a software problem from the last update. Luckily I was still in the time frame to return it which I did. Google was impressive when it first came out but seems to have gone downhill.

It comes with a T-Mobile SIM, but its a brand new phone. I just put in my SIM and it works great. The wireless charger is also new.
