Greater than one weekI used this to repair a wooden door damaged by a dog. (The joys of being a landlord.). I applied it first with a metal putty knife and found that I was happier with applying with a plastic spatula. This material dries quite quickly, which was a nice benefit. It sanded well. Applying primer and paint were no problem. I would buy it again!

Greater than one weekThus product has grit in it, like sand, it shrinks when drying. So filling holes in drawer fronts was a lot if extra work. Had to fill 2x and and each time. Inconsistent, air holes and shrinkage. I had 8 drawers to fill holes on and it took me much longer because of the product. I still didn’t end up with a smooth defect free finish. I was under time crunch, and this became a frustrating issue. I ordered powdered wood fill; So I can control consistency and get a smooth finish. I also tried wood putty powder on next project and seemed to act like drywall mud, did end up building it up and was able to sand perfectly even. Probably needed to be primed, even with chalk paint. Didnt crack or shrink, though, as was promised.

> 3 dayI didn’t like it much, it doesn’t really dry properly. After a while it’s like sand and it can be easily removed.
