Received this bocce ball set as a gift. The balls and jack are well-made and look long-lasting. Instructions on rules and how to play are clear and helpful. The company indicates that it stands by its products. I know how to contact them should I have any issues with the bocce set.

Was hemmimg and hawing on the $140 regulation spec, Italian-made, forever set by Perfetta. Mainly because I read that any other set will eventually chip (because they are a resin-coated rubber core, rather than solid resin). But with young kids, I was worried that the higher weight and size of the pro balls would make it difficult for the kids to play. The pro balls also only come in red and green, so you cant play with four individual players (only 1v1 or 2v2 teams). So I decided to go with this GoSports set, which at the time of my purchase was the only one on Amazon without a review saying they had chipped. We already had one dropped from chest-height onto concrete. It has a scuff, but no chip. If they eventually chip Ill update this review. For now I would say that this is the set to get while you have young kids and want to save $100. When the kids are teenagers Ill splurge on Perfetta.

I got the rubber Bocce, and every single ball is deeply indented, so they do not roll and the way they land is redirected by the indent.

I received these for an early birthday present and love them. They come with a great carrying case and are perfect for the boat or playing in the yard. It was a wonderful present.
