06-06-2025This car seat is really neat. It takes the hassle out of trying to get your little squirmy newborn or toddler buckled in properly into a rear facing car seat. The main perk of this seat is that it turns 90 degrees towards you while you are loading your child and then you can turn it 90 degrees back to be rear facing again. The mechanism for rotation is very easy, there is a button behind the cup holder that you press and then you turn the seat in the direction you need. Once you load your child is buckled in safely you turn it back to be rear facing until it clicks safely into place. The car itself is packaged well and looks great out of the box. Assembly consists of taking two cup holders and attaching them into their respective labeled left and right sides of the seat. If you have an infant you need to use the infant insert. Aside from that you may need to adjust the tilt of the seat depending on your child’s size. This seat should go all the way from a small newborn all the way to up 65lbs and 49 inches tall. The cover itself is a nice purple color. This is a great change from all of the bland gray and black car seats that always look dirty after a few years. The covers for this seat can all be unsnapped for easy cleaning. Mounting is straightforward. The seat itself has a QR code with video instructions which I found to be very helpful to get the adjustments just right. There is also a printed manual with storage for it built into the base of the seat. To mount it you can use the latch system, with lower and upper anchors as well as just using the car’s seat belt depending on your vehicle. The seat also has FAA approval to be used in forward facing mode. One thing to note is the turning feature of the seat only works in rear facing mode. Which does make sense as that is the age where getting the child into the seat is more difficult. Once your child is front facing the need to have a rotating seat is much less as they can probably climb in on their own. Overall I really like this seat. The mechanism for rotation works well, it’s easy to clean, and it feels like a solid design. If you are looking for a rotating car seat this is certainly a great choice.

> 3 dayThe car seat is heavy and takes up a lot of space; however, it is such a great car seat. I love that I can turn the seat to put our baby into it. It eliminates the frustration of the sideways car seat. Putting her in the car is so much easier. We have an older daughter that we wish we wouldve had this seat with. It will pay for itself over time because it turns into a booster. Worth the money and worth the install. Buy it!

Greater than one weekThis is such a neat car seat. The big selling feature here is the fact that when the seat is rear facing, it swivels to face toward you so you can easily get baby out. This is such an incredible feature that only someone who has tried to gracefully remove a baby who is rear facing out of a car can appreciate. The seat also gives a really satisfying click when maneuvering so you know it is locked into position. I found installation to be easy, but this is not my first car seat rodeo. If you are struggling watch the videos on Gracos website or YouTube. This seat can follow your child from newborn until they graduate out of a booster. The seat is well padded and appears very comfortable. The two cup holders (which are removeable) help to hold all the drinks and snacks when they get older. Finally - cleaning. We did have a vomit situation with this car seat. I had to strip all the fabric off, clean the car seat, and put it all back together. I am pleased to report this process was not at all as difficult as I anticipated. Everything came off easy, cleaned well, and went back on just as easy. If you want one car seat to last baby through early childhood - this is it!

> 3 dayI waited for months to order this car seat, and was so excited when it came in the mail, but ended up disappointed. The concept of being able to rotate the car seat amazed me, and it’s the only reason why I am giving this product a two star review. I love that it makes it incredibly easier to get my child in and out of the car. It’s very convenient, and definitely a game changer for this task. However the quality of this product made me wish I had just stuck with a different brand instead. This is my first time purchasing a Graco car seat, I switched from a Chico and paid around the same price, but the difference in quality is too big not to notice. The materials feel very cheap, and the make of the seat itself is not that great. The seatbelt clips wiggle. The insert padding is very poor quality. The cupholders are very flimsy and come apart easily, my 10 month old baby was able to remove them with no problem. The seat itself does not rotate 360 degrees, not sure if it’s only my car, but it only does a 180 turn. When you are paying over $400 for a car seat it’s just unacceptable to neglect selling a high quality product. If you are interested in purchasing this car seat, my only advice is that you prioritize what matters most to you, whether is convenience or a high quality product.

> 3 dayI do love this car seat - and the features it has! My only complaint and the reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the way that the seat swivels from side to side is to push a button on both sides of the car seat at the same time. Not a huge deal BUT if you’re alone with your baby trying to hold them and reach in there and swivel it with both hands is impossible unless you set them in the seat first- and I purchased so that I didn’t have to twist my body and get her in there. Again not a huge deal and a 1st world problem I know but I purchased so I could get her in more easily and I feel like that is a weird system. Someone had made a review about how you can turn it to the side when you’re a passenger up front and check on them etc, and that’s not really possible since you couldn’t reach the other side’s button to do so from the front of the car. Pros- super comfy, she is much happier in it. It’s easier to buckle once you do get them in it and turned towards you

> 3 dayHands down the best carseat! We bought two, one for my car and one for my husbands truck. PROS: It turns so you can get them out easier. It turns both ways so it doesnt matter which side you put them in and as a plus I can take my daughter out inside the car and put her jacket on her before we climb out in the winter. Its cushioned nicely, we are going to be taking a road trip later this year and feel as if my daughter will be more comfortable in the seat because of it. The one and nly CON for me is only because I am short. I have to step up on the foot board when I get her out of my husbands truck. LOL But over all the fabric is nice and the carseat itself is great! I will write another review after our road trip this summer to let yall know how it is holding up and such.
