The ones with confetti are too heavy for confetti but the other ones worked great.

It didnt come with the right amount of balloons and didnt come with the ribbons it said it came with and it same it came with 40 balloons but it had on 36 and was spread around the bottem of the box

They did not hold air nor helium. I ended up having to get more from Walmart.

Quality is not good. Almost 1/2 the balloons popped. To a point we had to buy more balloons from local store. Not the best.

They have instructions On the package on how to make a garland but the English is so broken that the instructions are hard to understand I would not recommend this I just ended up blowing balloons and just leaving them on the floor instead of making a Garland very disappointed in this product
