> 3 dayToday there are more no-name brand monitors than ever on Amazon. I havent heard of GreBear name before, but turns out, its quite popular with Amazon as its one of the cheapest gaming monitors. This monitor requires almost no effort to set it up, - simply take it out of the box and plug it in to your HDMI port. The only issue is that the d.c. power adapter is large and produces low frequency audible noise so if you prefer to work in a complete solitude (no headphones), that noise could agitate you. Its not one of those white (random) noises that help you fell asleep but rather a very distinct, single tone frequency noise which is often associated with cheap a.c. to d.c. wall adapters. Another downside is that the resolution of this monitor is quite poor for its size because you might need higher than 1920x1080p for crisp images and sharp texts. The refresh rate of 75Hz is ok for most applications but definitely not sufficient for expensive graphics cards (though you probably wont be buying a no-name brand if you have powerful graphics card). Overall, in this price range the monitor does its job, and its an excellent choice for an average daily PC use.

> 3 dayI’m using 2 of the grebear 24” monitors, they work great for all the hours I spend in my office with insurance billing and coding, everything is so sharp and clear. Easy on the eyes.

> 3 dayThe only negative about this monitor is that the stand is not adjustable. My employer only sent one monitor for my WFH position and I’m used to having 2, so I bought this one to complete my work setup. However, I have to put my employer provided monitor on its lowest setting in order for the 2 monitors to match up height wise. Other than that, it absolutely perfect and does what I bought it to do.

> 3 dayGot this as a second screen for one of the setups in our office and it works great! Very easy to set up, super clear picture, too. True 1080p resolution, no lagging, no issues with the frame rate whatsoever. Suitable for work and gaming equally...this is a nicely priced monitor that is more than worth its very reasonable cost. Refresh rate is very good, too. It can connect a variety of ways but HDMI gives you the cleanest, clearest picture. It comes with instructions but honestly, you dont need them - if you have set up one monitor, you have set them all up - takes no more than 15 minutes to so to get done, including the time it takes to get it out of the box LOL. Overall, if you want a GOOD, inexpensive monitor, this is a great choice. It more than does the job its supposed to and its slim/small footprint makes it a nice addition to your office setup. I recommend it!!

> 3 dayMonitor itself is overall decent. No dead pixels and the screen quality is pretty nice. Good and clear and has HDR functionality. However, to say its a Freesync monitor is not accurate. It doesnt even have an option for it on its onboard menu. Nor does Radeon drivers recognize it as Freesync capable. This is using the cable that came with it too. Running this through a 5600G so I know it does support Freesync. Biggest selling point to me is that its a Freesync monitor for this low price. The manual shows there should be a menu option for Freesync but the one they sent me, doesnt have that. Perhaps they sent the wrong one? If so, why is the manual stating differently? Defective model? Not sure but right now, its not looking good.. The only other negative I have to note is that the menu buttons are behind the panel and not the best spot for them. Rather have it under the unit than behind. Ill update this if any solution is given but for now, I cant recommend a monitor that doesnt do what it is advertised to do.

> 3 daySuper easy to set up. Only comes with the HDMI and power cable. Be sure to have a video cable if needed. The instructions on using the menus could be better.

> 3 dayI found this at last minute for my job with decent price, and the monitor was packaged in perfect condition. Nothing damaged. By the way, the stand seems sturdy and well designed. You can tilt it up and down, but it does not swivel from side to side. Not really a problem for me. Hooking it up to my laptop via included HDMI cable was also a snap. I did have to do a few minor tweaks to the graphics settings in my laptop, like resolution and basic setup for the second display, but pretty easy. Of course, I also had to use the monitors settings menu to select the right input and the best graphics mode for my purposes. The joystick/button on the side of the monitor is not only easily accessible, but also intuitive and simple to use. Also, I connected with my Nintendo and the Google chromecast, which all work!!! That’s amazing! I can say, without reservation, this monitor handles the graphics very nicely. Sure, you can pay more to get a monitor with better quality and a higher refresh rate, but I have found a best bang for the buck. If I need a new monitor for desktop, I would not hesitate to buy this 24 monitor.
