Green Book

I am from the South, so this movie was very interesting for me to watch. I have watched it a few times and always recommend to friends and family.

I would recommend to anybody who enjoys a good drama with a little comedy in it. I never knew the backstory or heard of the musician until this movie. And I never knew that his bodyguard was the man who would eventually go on to play Carmine on The Sopranos. Its amazing that the two men died within months of each other after long lives. Anyway I would describe this film as a tour de force. I would suggest it for anyone who is into a movie you have to pay attention to.

This movie is quite the history lesson, something good to learn about how the South treated people of color very differently, before our current Southern states succeed in “white washing” black history!

My family loves the movie

I had no idea what the green book was before watching this heartwarming, sad, lovely movie. The story of these two gentlemen from very different worlds and how they shared this tough moment in time together, which ultimately brought them together as true friends, was wonderful. I cant recommend it enough. Simply a beautiful story.

What a great story!

An inspiring true story Shares a period in US history well worth being aware of. Accomplished with exceptional acting and story line.

A perspective on Racism in the 30s and two people, of different ethnicities building Mutual Respect in that potpourri of experience. The money to purchase was well spent, the actors played their parts well. It is a sensitive topic @2023 and probably wont get any oscars but it was well scripted and played.

This movie is amazing!

Everyone needs to take a step back and bring life, children, women, animals to safety.
