Green Toys Disney Baby Exclusive - Mickey Mouse Stacker, Red

My wonderful 18 month old niece absolutely LOVES this toy. I haven’t seen something hold her attention quite like this did, highly recommended!

I purchased the Green Toys submarine, plane, dump truck, and Mickey Mouse stacker. ALL of them have a sweet chemical stink to them. I let them air out for five days then I wiped them down, washed them in the dishwasher twice, hand washed them, and theyve been airing out for the last month and they STILL stink. I emailed the company after all the washes I did and they responded by saying that the recycled products are run on a line next to other items like laundry detergent bottles and, while they never touch those bottles, sometimes the detergent smell leeches into the plastic and itll eventually air out. They then offered a replacement for the toys if I wanted. Im grossed out because Im pretty positive that if a food safe plastic is recycled in a facility that also recycles chemical bottles then the plastic is no longer considered food grade because the plastics can pick up the smells and chemicals that are emitted from the nearby items being recycled. So if shes telling me they picked up dishwasher or laundry detergent scents, then what else are they picking up from those chemicals? So I responded by saying I wanted the replacement. She said shed let me know in a day or so when they shipped out and give me a tracking number. That was three weeks ago and I have emailed her twice since then and been ignored each time. Now Im beyond the return date with Amazon and stuck with these toys that Im not giving to my son. Im leaving this review on every toy that I purchased since it applies to all four of them. I have seen similar reviews on other Green Toys products and theyre all recent, so Im wondering if they changed facilities and thats why they didnt used to have this issue and now suddenly theres a bunch of reviews about the smell

This toy will for sure hold up to my little guys rough play. It stacks easily and has the grooves in the right places for his small hands. I feel like it will be something we are playing with for a while too. I love it!

This is cute and appears to be well made. It looks age appropriate for a one year old.

This is a creative toy for toddlers and helps with their fine motor skills. It also helps with reasoning as they put Mickey Mouse together and take him apart. It’s Safe, non toxic and there are no small parts that can come off and pose a danger. You can put it in the dishwasher to clean it. Keeps them occupied for quite a while and Mickey is not a scary character at all.

I got this for my babysitters little boy and love it. Its easy for his little hands to stack and unstack. Everything makes its way to his mouth and this is super easy to clean up. No worries about stickers or paint. Its a firm plastic that will last. Its sturdy pieces too. Love the bright colors. This is a good toy to get the hand and eye coordination and start them on the building path as they will build the tower and tear it back down. The fact that it is Mickey Mouse is a bonus. A great gift to give I would say 9 plus months to two years.
