It’s smaller than I imagined. Really wanted to like it… However, this thing leaks water everywhere. Do not recommend.

Very well designed. Efficient and effective. Simple and easy to use. Im very happy with this. Money well spent. Only reason Im rating it at 4.5 instead of 5 is that it doesnt come with a built-in icemaker.

The item I received does not work. I followed the steps: ice pads freeze, put them in the top box, and add water. When I turned it on, it beeped and flashed a red warning sign. Their handbook said that meant there was no water. There was almost a full tank of water! I wrote to the seller back and forth several times, but no solution. Had to go to a distant place to return. Maybe I was unlucky, just that this unit has a defective issue, but it was much trouble and wasted so much of my time. Very disappointed.

This is a small cooler that I think would be most effective in cooling an office or a bedroom , it is not going to be able to cool an entire house or a large space. It seems to be a very nice cooler. This evaporative cooler is very compact, the body of it is 10” x 9” x 24”, the wheels add another 2” in height. It came in a giant box, so I was relieved to see how small the cooler itself is.Very lightweight and easy to move around. Also very quiet. I plugged it in and ran it immediately after removing it from the box. I used the different functions .I appreciated the quick start guide taped to the top that shows how to use it. The fan has three settings. On the highest setting I can feel the breeze 12 feet away , as long as the louvers are adjusted to aim the air in that direction .The front louvers are hand-adjustable . There is a setting for oscillation , which puzzled me at first because I pushed the oscillation button and didn’t see anything happening. I realized that there are interior louvers that the button causes to move side to side to direct the breeze from left to right , and this works well . Evaporative coolers usually are used with a window or door open nearby ; otherwise the cooler may raise the humidity in the room to uncomfortable levels . Evaporative coolers do not make things as cold as air conditioners do, but they can put out a pretty good amount of cold air, as I learned once when I worked in a place that could not be air conditioned (too big a space ,and open to the outside) . Being in the vicinity of the evaporative cooler made all the difference in the world with regard to my comfort. I like that it has a mute button to turn off the notifications of function status and changes. I love the remote. As a person who has used other evaporative coolers I very much appreciate having the ability to add the frozen packs instead of needing to add ice. I like how compact and easy to maneuver it is.

Nice fan, easy to use, and like the electronic display. The fan itself is pretty great, the high wind speed is powerful. It is very light weight. However, below are things needs to note: 1. The cooling feature only works well for small rooms. We tested the fan in different rooms, and we found out that this cooling is not that efficient for our living room which is about 220 sqft. 2. Just a fan, not really a Air Cooler. It does has the feature cooling system that releases water vapor. But it basically just make the wind slightly cooler than without the cooling feature, is not as cold as one would expect. 3. Water consumed faster than expected. We filled the water tank all the way up and start the cooling function, after 4 hours it already ran out of the water and needed refill. 4. The not easy to move using wheels on the carpet floor, and with water and chiller running you need to be careful moving it. 5. Hard to notice if the wide oscillation is really working or just a display on the screen. Overall, if you just consider this as a small, light, and easy to use fan, it works great.

If you need a humidifier for big rooms, or rooms openly connected to each other, this is a great choice. Unlike all the other humidifiers we tried, this started noticeably treating the air within an hour. It does get very noisy and a bit disruptive when its close to shutting off or when the water level gets low, but still very quiet when you just start it up. Cleaning it is very simple, though the cleanup will definitely be a lot worse if you place this in a much bigger room. Its nowhere near as bad if you place it in a bedroom or smaller area (and I must add that Ive been waking up with lots more softer skin and hair when I occasionally put it in my bedroom!). All in all you will like this if youre needing something that works fast for a bigger space.

Im sorry It just got hot out and I have a small porch.. normally the $39 one works like a charm... this is just like a fan.. thats it.. I definitely would have returned it!!

The overall build of machine is very good however, with these salted ice packs, i expected a stronger breeze of air, it doesnt blow hot air but light cool air.
