I did not receive all the items listed in the included section. No ballon tape or strips. There is only 9 flower maker clips. Needed all items that were listed.

The machine works good but gets hot really easily and will burn you. The blue tube did pop off a couple times so you have to hold it down. I was able to blow up 40 inch mylar number balloons, 16 inch letter mylar balloons and a 4 ft mylar stand up Ballon arrangement. I did blow up several latex balloons to test them and only one popped.

So far it looks exactly like what I ordered. I haven’t used it yet but I’m sure it will help me save lots of time instead of blowing up balloons
