It fits, it is very sturdy and it was a cinch to install. Packaging and quality control arent the best. It was slightly bent and had a chip in the paint. However, it is designed to take some punishment so further scratches are in its future. I installed this over a Rockford Fosgate 10 sub.

Worked perfectly to protect my Rockford Fosgate R2S-1X10 Prime R2S Single 10-Inch which is safely tucked away behind the rear seat of my 2016 F150 Crew Cab!

Havent actually used this yet because my package is missing the mounting screws, overall looks like a solid product.
