I bought this and stripped the outer layer and rewired my trailer. Soldered all the connections and sealed with heat shrink. It works great and hopefully it lasts for quite a few years. All other trailer wires are thin and come from the factory with crimped connectors that rust and break apart. This is really a huge upgrade on my trailer.

Appears to be top quality wiring. Has tinned copper wire, thick protective coating on each wire and well molded outer cover sleeve. I used this to extend the new bank charger leads in my boat. The best way to remove the outer sleeve is to make a light cross cut and bend from the four sides. Pulls right off.
