I called their tech support (which is only open weekdays and had a busy signal for the first 3 hours of their open time) and the immediate offer was to ship them the RAM that I bought 2 days prior on here back to them and be without it for a week. This isnt much of an option at all. I was advised (both by tech and on their website) that returning it to Amazon was faster than having them honor their warranty!
