16-11-2024I bought these to simulate flashing police lights in my computer (my theme being Blue Line to represent Law Enforcement). As you can see in my video, they initially worked great! However, they have been problematic since then. The software used to control it frequently crashes and does not save your settings upon shutdown. I have noticed that there is an attempt to do so, but between the crashes and frequent color changes, it isnt working. The problems didnt start until I synced it with my motherboard and GPU using Aura sync software, so it could possibly be at fault, but from what Ive read this problem is widespread among anyone who owns these.

Greater than one weekI sadly had to return them. I bought 2 8x2 kits and for some reason only one stick from both kits work. I tried the other two sticks in the correct slots and it wasnt working. I searched up reason why this is. IF YOU HAVE AN INTEL PROCESSOR YOU ARE FINE. (Just like me) People who have an AMD processor will have issues. But in conclusion I might have just gotten bad batch as it were.

> 3 dayI was looking for a 16gb kit for a memory upgrade and the RGB version was on sale to match the plain version I was originally looking at so why not? Personally, I think that the GSkill RGB kits have the nicest aesthetic and the whole thing is paired with good RBG software to customize it. In terms of performance, its RAM. 3200mhz with a few XMP profiles in bios that you can kind of set and forget so install and setup was a piece of cake. No issues. Just try to get it on discount or buy the plain version if you dont care about RGB because there is a slight price premium for the colours.

> 3 dayKit works great! Just enable profile 1 in bios and its running at 3200mhz. RGB looks great as well! I upgraded from a 2400mhz kit and there seems to be a significant improvement in performance.
