I would have to say that after reviewing this item I am torn between 3.5 and 4 stars and I will state why. These AirTag holder seem to do what they say, my AirTag does fit snug in this case. This case is not fully sealed to claim waterproof but there is a seal on the open top part which would be where it would protect your AirTag but I didn’t want to put in water to find out. It also just clicks on to the base and you can use the small tool that came with the device to open.

This is an alternative to Airtag holders I own to attach to my backpack and keychain when you dont want it dangling. It is a lightweight opaque plastic case to attach Airtag to a smooth hard surface via 3Ms adhesive tape.  One thing to note is that this is a semi-permanent solution so you cant move this between items you want to track so pick your item carefully.

Dropped it in a puddle is water when installing it and the air tag and holder is fine. I use the items on my scooter. Its working as expected.

Why did I give this a 5-star rating if I rated it 1 star for being easy to remove? That is the point! This is the AirTag holder you want when you need to stick it on something and want it to be essentially permanent. Maybe a Jet Ski, snowmobile or ATV. This is the case to use when it will get splashed with mud or water. This two piece case comes with the tool to separate it. Once your AirTag is inside, a waterproof gasket keeps it safe. They also included super high quality 3M adhesive. This is OEM automotive grade and will not let go which is what you want. However, when the time comes to replace the battery in the AirTag, you simply use the tool to open the case and you can pull the tag out to change the battery. Well made, and small in size so you can stick it almost anywhere.

Nice holder. It’s great to sticks it in anything that are easy to misplace or get lost. However, it’s pain in the butt for using a tool to opens it. And my advice is put it in somewhere that is easy to retrieve. Any handy person would know what I meant.

This GUANZHI AirTag Holder, is not my favorite design for one. Its sturdy and with a 3m adhesive pad, it will stick, but its more trouble to use than it needs to be. To open the case you need to use the special pry tool that comes with it. Why? Another airtag holder design I own is opened by unscrewing the top with my fingers. Thats a better way.

The GUANZHI AirTag Holder is an excellent choice for using AirTag in non-traditional ways. I got the holder to mount an AirTag to my Kindle as I am constantly misplacing it. The 3M adhesive is strong and I have had no issues with the holder adhering and staying in place. The holder can be a bit on the bulky side but it is very durable and takes a beating without losing the AirTag. The 4-pack that I ordered is currently $29.99 which breaks down to $7.25/holder which seems like a very reasonable price given the quality. Overall I am impressed with the quality of the GUANZHI AirTag Holder and would order more.
