I have been using this massage gun for about 3 weeks and absolutely love it. I have been suffering with piriformis syndrome and by using this massage gun I gain almost instant relief. It is easy to use, and I use it multiple times a day. It is quiet and not difficult to use on your lower back and hip. I would and have recommended this to my friends and family.

Easy to operate. Comes with many attachments for the entire body. I only used in on my calves and did not need a high rate of speed to feel that it was working on my muscles.
